Experience and Expertise
Sameen “Sam” Abdullah brings a wide range of experience to the team, having worked in private practice as a litigator; as a staff attorney at the Fifth District Court of Appeals at Dallas; and as a Hearings Officer with the Texas Workforce Commission. He provides efficient and effective counsel to assist and strengthen clients through difficult litigation matters. He brings sincere and conscientious effort to achieve the best results for his clients.
Sam has strong experience at the trial court and appellate level. In addition to preparation of petitions, motions, responses, discovery in a range of litigation matters, Sam has argued countless motions and represented clients in several trials. Sam has drafted over forty opinions with his chambers at the Fifth District Court of Appeals at Dallas. Sam has heard and adjudicated over 2,000 unemployment benefits hearings while serving at the Texas Workforce Commission. As a consequence of his diverse background, Sam is comfortable with virtually every field of commercial litigation. Sam is a qualified Texas mediator.
In his free time, Sam plays guitar, composes music, rows, runs, paints, and cooks dinners for his friends and family.
